Home-made delicacies in Ramadhan
Bored with the typical foods at Bazar Ramadhan, which do not suit our Kelantanese taste. So, we planned to make something out of the ordinary. We cooked a range of Kelantanese delights (somewhat influenced by Thais).Bistik Daging for the gravy, along with Siakap Steam & Fried Lala (mixed of sweet,spicy,&salty). Mango Sticky-Rice (Thai influence) for the dessert.

ni bukan berbuka ni hanem. ni melahaps nama nya. BYK SHIOD koang masak !
wey wey meh la masak tuk aku. aku hired ko ngan kak wanis. tp aku nak koang masak kat hostel.bilik aku sempit, so koang g masak kat bilik membasuh ar. haha !

Hanim!!I just noticed ur post on kelantanese delicacies...sedapnyerrrrr...especially that sticky rice manggo, i tak pernah mkn...mcm sedap sgt,teach me how k!and that lala...im speechless.Seriously i nak hired u!hehe.

sy wat bistik ok.hok lain lain tu pn sy reti tp hari tu divide2 doh task masing masing.no problem nati kito get married la sy masok.hahahha
